The Conversation

A 30-minute call. No pitch. I ask about your team, your tools, your frustrations. You ask whatever you want. By the end, you'll know if there's a fit. If there is, I send you a proposal for a diagnostic engagement within 48 hours.

Weeks 1–3

The Assessment

I observe your team in their real environment. I read what they read, use the tools they use, sit in the meetings that matter. I map how knowledge actually flows, and where it pools, stagnates, or disappears. This isn't a precursor to the real work. This is the work. The assessment itself is the premium deliverable.

Weeks 3–4

The Roadmap

Where AI will have the highest impact. What to do first. What to skip. What it will cost. A prioritized plan your leadership can act on immediately, with honest assessments of what will work and what won't.

Ongoing

Advisory Retainer

AI tools change. Models improve. Your business evolves. I stay on as a trusted advisor for new decisions, vendor evaluation, and the questions that come up at the board level. Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. (Most clients keep me around because the landscape keeps shifting.)
