Before you start.

How do credits work?
Each credit is one finished asset. You pick a monthly plan, and the matrix above shows what each type costs in credits. You spend them across the month on any mix you want.
How do we start?
With a short onboarding, about a week. You give us hands-on access to your product and docs, we collect your audience, brand, and channels, and we build a small set of approved reference pieces we write everything against, so you see the quality bar before you spend a credit. After that, you request assets as your release cycle demands.
What if I need more than my plan?
Add credits anytime, on approval. We quote the rate up front and never bill an overage without your go-ahead. If you run over most months, we move you to a larger plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Up to a quarter of your monthly credits roll over for one month, then expire. The pool is sized for a steady cadence, so that buffer absorbs a lighter week without banking work we can't keep pace with. If your volume keeps shifting, we right-size your plan.
How is the DX documentation set scoped?
The DX documentation set is scoped to depth. A small set runs around 8 credits and a large one up to 16, with 12 as a typical mid-point. We agree on the scope before we start.
Why do some assets cost more credits?
Credits scale with depth. Heavier, more technical work costs more because it takes more research and more of your product to get right. A case study or white paper draws on real deployments and real architecture, so it sits at the top of the matrix. A social pack or newsletter sits at the bottom.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your real product and docs, enough to write from the real product instead of a brief. You decide what we can see, and you can revoke it at any time.
How do revisions work?
Each asset includes a round of revision. Send notes on the draft and we turn the revised version around. Revisions don't cost extra credits.
What's out of scope?
We deliver finished content assets. We don't build software infrastructure or take on open-ended consulting.
How is my data handled?
Standard work runs through commercial pipelines. Teams with compliance requirements can opt into the Enterprise zero-retention pipeline: isolated cloud endpoints with optional hardware encryption. That posture is opt-in, not the blanket default.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month with no lock-in. Adjust your plan or stop at the end of any month.
